Fun times this Fall

Here's what we've been up to this Fall...

Evie loved her first trip to the zoo!
Bath time - old school style - at Grandma and Papa Helvey's

Evie and friend, Cate, enjoying the Murray State Homecoming Parade

Go Racers!

We took Evie to her first concert. She surprised us by going on stage during the group sing. We are now huge Slugs and Bugs fans!

We stopped at an orchard/pumpkin patch on our way to Morehead. We had a great visit with Uncle Chris, Aunt Kendra, Annamarie and Luke over Tim's Fall break!

Hands down, this is Naomi's favorite way to be held!

Game day at the Schroeder household

The girls like to help Daddy cheer on the Huskers - even when they fall 45 -17 to Michigan :(

How about those Cardinals!!

Evelyn and Naomi with my God-parents, Gerry and Linda

Two little candy corns

Trick - or Treat

Naomi did not care for her costume. Needless to say, I was unable to get a picture of my little bumblebee and ladybug together...

Princess Snow White at her friend's birthday party

Chef Evelyn with her favorite cooking partner

and her soon-to-be assistant!

Evelyn really enjoys choosing her own "sleeping clothes." This is actually one of her more conservative combinations.
Evie reached two milestones this past month - potty training and transitioning to a 'big girl bed.' Where has my baby gone?! She's doing great with both - so far! :)

Look at that hair!!!

And in the midst of it all, our sweet Naomi reached the two month mark. She weighed in at 11 # 9 oz and measured 23 inches. She is becoming more aware and growing stronger every day. She has a precious smile that she loves to share, and lately, she's been treating us to little coos and an occasional giggle. So much fun!! Evelyn continues to adore her sister. She's been talking more and more about wanting to play with Nomie. It won't be long...

Three month photo to follow - as soon as I get it taken... :)
