Evelyn vs. Rice Cereal: Cereal Wins!!

A visit from Annamarie (and Uncle Chris and Aunt Kendra, too)

We enjoyed a visit from cousin Annamarie last weekend. It's hard to believe how much she has changed since we last saw her in July! She is doing so well with foods, is rolling all over the place, and she almost gave us the pleasure of witnessing her first crawl (that came the following week). She gave us a great sneak preview of what's ahead for Evelyn in the next months. We got a big kick out of watching the girls interact. Here are some pictures from their visit.

Such a happy, sweet girl!

Uncle Chris with his daughter and his god-daughter.

"Hey Aunt Kendra! I sure can't wait to meet my new cousin that's growing in your tummy!"

Our little thumb sucker!

"Evie, I'm going to teach you how to splash. It's so much fun getting Mommy and Daddy all wet!"

I wonder who their Daddies are?!

We miss you, Anna'rie!!

Evie being Evie

Evie striking a pose before church. She will often position her feet this way when we stand her up. Speaking of feet, she has found hers, and she LOVES them. They are her new favorite toy. She reaches for everything, has become much more vocal, and is extremely close to rolling over. Mommy and Daddy are enjoying this exciting time of development!

Evie at her first Murray State football game. She seemed to enjoy being there. Somehow, she even managed to snooze through part of it.

MSU's mascot, Racer 1, circling the track prior to the game. He takes a lap around the track following every touchdown. Pretty exciting!

Evie after the game. Check out the feet. :)
